Heaven and Hell's engagement of Paid, Inc. will allow them to better communicate with their fan base and deliver tour news, VIP ticketing, fan experience packages and exclusive band merchandise. Previously, fans have had to rely on the artists' individual web sites or unofficial sources to keep up with the bandmates' careers and planned reunions. The official web site, www.HeavenAndHellLive.com, will greatly enhance the fan experience by providing continually updated tour information and schedules, an opportunity for fans to get on the mailing list to receive breaking band news and ticketing info, exclusive giveaways and contests, chat rooms, and an online store.
As part of its fan club management services, Paid will work with HEAVEN AND HELL to develop exclusive fan club only merchandise and promotions and offer authenticated autographed memorabilia backed by PaidAuthentic, Paid Inc.'s certified assurance that the items originate from and have been used or autographed by the artists.

HEAVEN AND HELL band members include Sabbath founders TONY IOMMI and GEEZER BUTLER along with vocalist RONNIE JAMES DIO and drummer VINNY APPICE, who recorded four successful albums together between 1979 and 1992 as BLACK SABBATH. These musicians are known for mixing equal parts bone-crushing volume, hypnotic tempos, screaming guitar solos and riveting vocals, and have been a defining force in heavy metal music for decades.
In 2007, the four were called together to record three new tracks for the album Black Sabbath: The Dio Years. The studio sessions for the album went so well that they dubbed themselves HEAVEN AND HELL after their 1980 Sabbath album of the same name, and embarked on a 98-show World tour. The tour was met with praise and enthusiasm by fans and acclaimed by critics, spotlighting selections from all three of this lineup's studio albums: Heaven and Hell (1980), Mob Rules (1981) and Dehumanizer (1992) along with the newly recorded tracks, all rich with their signature sound.
