Sydney, AU. (Top40 Charts/ EMI MUSIC Australia) - After selling more than 7.5 million albums globally, Joss Stone finally makes her first trip to Australia during the first week of April to promote her 3rd album, Introducing Joss Stone.

Joss will be visiting Sydney, and while here will perform one gig at the Enmore on April 3, for which tickets are on sale March 5.

The album 'Introducing Joss Stone' will be released March 17 through Virgin/EMI Music, with the first single 'Tell Me 'Bout It' in stores March 31.

The 19 year old English singer/songwriter first attracted attention with the release of her 2003 debut album The Soul Sessions, which hit the UK and Australian top 10's – remarkable for a first album by an unknown 14 year old doing distinctly personal, killer versions of classics from the soul canon.

Stone's 2004 follow up album, Mind, Body & Soul - her first release of original tracks - earned high plaudits from critics and public alike, and was nominated for multiple Grammy Awards. Australian sales for both albums are over 200,000 copies.

Stone went on to be perform at the London Live 8 concert, at the UK Music Hall of Fame Awards and graced the cover of Elle magazine.

This year Joss Stone won her first Grammy Award - 'Best R&B Performance By A Duo or Group' - for her Family Affair collaboration with John Legend and Van Hunt on the Sly Stone tribute album Different Strokes By Different Folks.

Joss Stone will play one show only on:
