Drift Releases Mixtape "The Precursor" Produced By Baby Paul
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes announce the release of "The PreCursor" Mixtape by Drift. The 15 track project is currently available for download/stream on the Coast 2 Coast website. This mixtape is executively produced by Baby Paul and features productions from Frank Finesse, J-Dot, P-Dot, Maleet, Thirst, and Stress Boogie as well.

Drift, an artist and actor from East Orange, New Jersey, releases his newest mixtape entitled "The PreCursor." A prequel to his upcoming LP, "The Monarch," this mixtape gives listeners an introduction to Drift's dedicated attitude and perfected flow. The executive producer, Baby Paul, was formerly with Da Beatminerz and has produced for artists like Nas, AZ, Fat Joe, DJ Clue and others. Accompanying Baby Paul are some productions from Frank Finesse, J-Dot, P-Dot, Maleet, Thirst, and Stress Boogie.

The new mixtape "The PreCursor" by Drift is a story in its entirety. This project takes the listener on a journey from the streets and drug game, to the problems between friends and trying to be a better father. Drift gets personal with the references to himself in the song "Best 4 U," and has a serenade for the ladies in "PYT." Somewhere between Trap and R&B is where you can find Drift's style. The productions flawlessly flow together and add the finishing touches to this extraordinary project. Be sure to find out what Drift is up to next by following him on Twitter at @therealdrift.
