SAN FRANCISCO, CA. (Ecast, Inc./ www.ecastinc.com) - Ecast Inc., which owns and operates a Location-Based Broadband Entertainment Network that combines a proprietary digital media delivery platform, a US-wide broadband network and pay-per-use devices such as digital jukeboxes, announced today that it has delivered its 100 millionth digital song to listeners at food and beverage venues nationwide.

Because they are enabled by broadband, Ecast-powered jukeboxes are the only commercial downloading jukeboxes that can deliver any of the company's 150,000 songs on-demand. Ecast has installed broadband and the industry's top earning jukeboxes into nearly 3,000 out-of-home locations. In addition, Ecast's back-end system allows the company to accurately track every song play transaction on its growing national network of broadband-enabled jukeboxes.

The 100 millionth song played on an Ecast-powered jukebox was "Thank You," by Dido from the album "No Angel" (Arista/BMG). The digital song performance took place at PT's Pub located at Spring Mountain Road and Arville in Las Vegas.

Steve Arcana, vice president of operations of Golden Gaming, Inc. that owns the PT's chain, said, "We are thrilled that Ecast's 100 millionth song was played in our location. Our patrons absolutely love the Ecast jukebox because all the music they want is right there and the hot new albums are added every week. People keep coming back to play the classics as well as the freshest music."

"We couldn't be happier with these Ecast jukeboxes -- we bought our first one three years ago and I can't imagine a better music service for my locations," said Steve Lipkin from Skytop Vending, the equipment operator for the PT's Pub location and 54 additional locations in and around Las Vegas. "The incredible music selection and Ecast's ability to add tons of music over the broadband line have led to unbelievable earnings."

"Ecast is proud to be delivering nearly 6 million digital songs to millions of music fans every month," said Robbie Vann-Adibe, CEO of Ecast, Inc. "It's appropriate that Ecast's 100 millionth song played was called 'Thank You,' as we are very grateful to everyone who has helped us reach this milestone."
