LOS ANGELES (Mercury/ UMe Records) - "When we got on stage the first night (for a 2000 reunion tour) and saw the crowd, we all just looked at each other, like, 'Where did all these people come from?' It was like '89 all over again." So recalls Tom Keifer in the liner notes to "Cinderella - Rocked, Wired & Bluesed: The Greatest Hits" (Mercury/UMe), released January 25, 2005.
Even the group was surprised to discover that, while one of the most popular bands of the late '80s, Cinderella had become much more - an indispensable musical touchstone of the decade.

Featuring 17 selections, each 96k/24-bit digitally remastered from the original master tapes, "Rocked, Wired & Bluesed: The Greatest Hits" includes all of Cinderella's Top 40 pop hits, Top 40 Album Rockers and favorite album cuts.
Spanning all four of the group's studio albums and its contribution to the soundtrack to "Wayne's World," "Rocked, Wired & Bluesed" is the ultimate collection for Cinderella fans.

Released simultaneously is "Rocked, Wired & Bluesed: The Greatest Video Hits" (Mercury/UMe), a DVD collection of the 10 videos for all of its hits. The audio for each has been digitally remastered in 5.1 Surround. The DVD also boasts a "Making Of 'Heartbreak Station'" featurette and excerpts from the 1988 homevideo "Tales From The Gypsy Road," along with new commentary by Tom Keifer & Eric Brittingham.

Singer-guitarist-songwriter Keifer, lead guitarist Jeff LeBar and bassist Brittingham were Philadelphia hard rock club scene veterans when Jon Bon Jovi saw them perform and recommended the band to his label, Mercury.
In 1986, Cinderella recorded NIGHT SONGS. The power ballad "Nobody's Fool" went Top 20 partly thanks to its MTV video success and the rocker "Somebody Save Me" peaked in the Album Rock Top 40. NIGHT SONGS, which hit No 3 and triple platinum, also boasted "Shake Me" and its title track.

Follow-up LONG COLD WINTER (1988), was Top 10 and triple platinum too, with the Top 20 pop "Don't Know What You Got (Till It's Gone)" and "Coming Home," Top 40 pop "The Last Mile" and Album Rock Top 20 "Gypsy Road." "Rocked, Wired & Bluesed: The Greatest Hits" also brings together "Bad Seamstress Blues/Fallin' Apart At The Seams," "If You Don't Like It" and the title track.

HEARTBREAK STATION (1990) reached the Top 20 and platinum, led by the Top 40 rocker "Shelter Me" and Top 10 Album Rock epic title number that featured an orchestra arranged and conducted by Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones. "The More Things Change" and "Winds Of Change" were among the album's other fan favorites. The band's last studio release was 1994's STILL CLIMBING, and was represented by "Blood From A Stone" and, in its original mix from the 1992 "Wayne's World" soundtrack, "Hot And Bothered."
The band reunited for a national tour in 1998, followed with summer tours along with Poison in 2000 and 2002, and now will be headlining amphitheaters itself the summer of 2005!
