Otep to headline 'Alliance Of Defiance' US Tour

LOS ANGELES (Capitol Records) - Capitol recording group OTEP has announced plans to take to the road later this month as headliners on the widely anticipated "Alliance of Defiance" multi-artist U.S. tour. The itinerary - which features such musical allies as American Headcharge, Candiria, and the Autumn Offering - begins January 25th in Reno, Nevada. The tour will come on the heels of the Los Angeles-based band's January 22nd performance at the 2005 NAMM Show at the Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

In other OTEP news, the band's popular "Warhead" video was selected by fans as the year's #14 favorite on during the special "Best of 2004" installment of MTV's "Headbangers Ball." "Warhead" is the latest single from the group's third Capitol Records release, 2004's "House of Secrets."
