BURBANK, CA. (Warner Bros./Reprise Records) - The multi-artist, multi-media traveling extravaganza that is the "Taste Of Chaos" has already sold out in the first 10 cities thus far, in addition to the last 5 dates of the tour. The first two weeks of the "Taste Of Chaos" tour have been a rousing success with sellout shows across the east coast. Brought to you by Samsung, the show features a diverse and impressive line-up of young rock bands - The Used, My Chemical Romance, Killswitch Engage, Senses Fail, A Static Lullaby,
Saosin and Underoath.
The "Acoustic Stage" has been complementing the main stage with an equally impressive lineup this year: Opiate For The Masses, Bleed the
Dream and Nicky P have been sharing the stage along with a wide variety of local musicians chosen through a unique partnership with myspace.com.
Aside from some of the best live music on two stages, the "Taste Of Chaos" midway has also been garnering lots of attention from concertgoers. In development of that area, "Taste Of Chaos" creators, Kevin Lyman (Vans Warped Tour), John Reese (Freeze Management), Paul Gomez (Freeze Management) and Darryl Eaton (CAA) have positioned presenting sponsors Samsung, Nintendo, myspace, Hurley International, Ernie Ball, Peta, Interpunk, Twenty Twenty Skateboards and more around the venue with unique and exciting displays, booths and kiosks that feature some of the hottest new products in the marketplace. Says Kevin Lyman of the tour partnerships, "Without the participation of these partners, the musical acts on this tour may not have been able to perform for these fans at such a competitive price. It's also exciting to know that the partners play a huge roll in giving 'Taste Of Chaos' attendees a unique day of fun and excitement." It's this unbeatable combination that is another reason that this tour, in its inaugural year, has jumped into the lead of this type of concert experience while completely selling out thus far.
