NASHVILLE, TN. (www.philvassar.com) - Coming off nine shows in 11 days in the mid-west, singer-songwriter Phil Vassar tuned up his piano and blew it out of the water in Nashville at the Country Radio Seminar. On Wednesday night, he hit The Stage on Broadway and rocked on late into the night at the spacious Music City hot spot. The following night Phil sailed off on the RCA Label Group Boat Show where he performed his hit single, �I?ll Take That As A Yes (The Hot Tub Song). In a surprise appearance, Ronnie Milsap joined Phil on stage, sat at back-to-back pianos and performed �Smokey Mountain Rain� and �Stranger In My House.� The show closed with the ivory tinkling pair on the Ray Charles classic �What'd I Say,� with Sara Evans, Carolyn Dawn Johnson and Rebecca Lynn Howard on background vocals. Phil was off again, landing in Miami, FL today for the PGA Doral Golf Tournament. Tune in to the USA Network?s PGA Tour Sunday on March 6th to see Phil with the pros. Phil returns to the small screen next week as a celebrity judge on the Nashville Star television series. The next episode will air on Tuesday, March 8th, also on the USA Network.
