SANTA MONICA, CA. (Geffen Records) - Geffen Records' pop-punk quintet, New Found Glory will be hitting the road for their electrifying North American 'Back to Basics Tour' with friends Reggie and the Full Effect and Eisley, as the opening acts. New Found Glory spent the summer headlining the 'Warped Tour' and then supported Green Day on a North American arena tour. 'Back to Basics' marks the band's first opportunity to go out on an extensive run of dates (dates on following page) and get up close and personal with fans since the release of their latest CD "Catalyst." The tour kicks off at Revolution in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Thursday, March 10th at 7 p.m.

'Back to Basics' is New Found Glory's first headlining tour since Spring 2003. The tour's anticipation has reached an all time high with tickets already sold out in some areas. New Found Glory will be hitting up 52 different cities over ten weeks on their 'Back To Basics' Tour. NFG will perform at such famed venues as 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C., Webster Hall in New York City, SOMA in San Diego and The House of Blues in West Hollywood, Las Vegas and New Orleans to name a few.

Immediately following the March 10th show, South Florida's newest and most extraordinary nightspot, Pangaea lounge and Gryphon nightclub will host The Official New Found Glory 'Back To Basics' After-Party, in honor of NFG's first show of the tour. The party will also be to celebrate the birthday of guitarist Chad Gilbert. Reggie and The Full Effect and Eisley will also be in attendance at the After-Party. Pangaea and Gryphon are the only sophisticated lounge and nightclub venues in South Florida with the exclusive benefit of being located at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with access to world-class gaming and resort facilities. Pangaea and Gryphon is the ideal setting for patrons seeking pleasure, luxury, fantasy, and escape.

New Found Glory's newest CD "Catalyst," released May 18, 2004, enjoyed a No 3 debut on Billboard's Top 200 Album Chart. The album, which shipped Gold, scanned 146,816 its first week. This effort topped 2002's "Sticks and Stones," which entered the chart at No 4 with over 91,000 copies sold. The first single off the album, 'All Downhill From Here,' was a major hit nationwide on radio stations and on such music television networks as FUSE and MTV. New Found Glory performed the single for the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards' Pre-Show and was also nominated for best breakthrough artist for the 'All Downhill From Here' music video. The album's other singles " "Failure's Not Flattering (What's Your Problem)" and "I Don't Wanna Know" were also radio and video hits.

New Found Glory hails from Coral Springs, Florida and is comprised of singer Jordan Pundik, drummer Cyrus Bolooki, bassist Ian Grushka, and guitarists Chad Gilbert and Steve Klein. First formed in 1997, NFG launched their recording career with 1999's "Nothing Gold Can Stay," followed by their 2000 EP "From The Screen To Your Stereo," 2000's gold-certified Self-Titled album, and 2002's nearly platinum "Sticks and Stones.
