Jesse McCartney Announces First Ever US Tour Plans on the Heels of Platinum Debut Album

BURBANK, CA. (Hollywood Records) - Platinum Hollywood Recording artist and star of The WB's "Summerland" Jesse McCartney officially announced his headline tour starting May 2 in Sacramento, California at the Crest Theater. The tour will run through the end of June.

The tour will be Jesse's first as a solo artist following the platinum success of his Beautiful Soul CD and the highly anticipated return of The WB hit series "Summerland." Before the tour takes off, McCartney will be busy prepping a video for his follow up single "She's No You," as well as making several TV appearances including MTV's "Fake ID Club" on April 9, Nickelodeon's "Teen Nick" on April 16 & 17, "The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson" on April 6, and on Ryan Seacrest's American's Top 40 Show April 24 on Fox.
Ticket pre-sales started Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 10 A.M. EST on Jesse's website www.JesseMcCartney.com.
