NEW YORK (Billboard) - Eagle-Eye Cherry has signed with MCA Records and is working on a new album, "Present/Future." The set - produced by Rick Rubin (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beastie Boys), John Kurzweg (Jewel, Creed) and Adam Kviman (Cherry's hit " Save Tonight") - is due in October; the single "Feels So Right" will hit radio later this summer. Cherry's 1998 album "Desireless" (Work/Epic) sold 4 million units worldwide, according to MCA, and peaked at No. 45 on the Billboard 200.
