NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - BMG US Latin artists Rosario, Gisselle, and Bandana will perform on June 5th at Noche, a restaurant opening in New York City and 49th Street and Broadway in Times Square.

Noche evokes the sleek energy of a dance hall and supper club in Buenos Aires, Havana or Rio and combines the restaurant and culinary experience of David Emil, Michael Lomonaco and Bill Underhill. Emil is a renowned restaurateur and former owner of the Rainbow Room and Windows On The World (located in the World Trade Center); Restaurateur Bill Underhill; Michael Lomonaco is one of America's most beloved chefs; and Mark Advent brings his entertainment experience to the venture. Advent created the highly successful $500 million New York New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Rosario will headline the multi-act showcase and perform songs from her latest album, "Muchas Flores" (Lots of Flowers), including the first single "Como quieres que te quiera" (How Do You Want Me To Love You"?). Rosario also holds a leading role in the upcoming Pedro Almodovar's movie "Talk To Her", scheduled to open in the United States in November 2002.

Bandana has become a musical phenomenon in Latin America. The band signed a record contract after winning the popular TV show "Popstars" in Argentina. Bandana will make its debut in the US by performing hits from its album, Bandana, at Noche.

Gisselle's performance will include merengues, pop songs and a duet with singer-songwriter Donato Poveda (producer/composer for Chayanne, Alexandre Pires, Julio Iglesias). They will perform the song entitled, "Loving you, Loving Me". Gisselle's 9th studio album is scheduled to be released in September, 2002.
