Jeff Martin On The White Ribbon Campaign

TORONTO, Canada (Tea Party Fans Website) - The Tea Party�s Jeff Martin has been involved with the White Ribbon Campaign Benefit Concert for a number of years.
What The White Ribbon Campaign is? �It�s an awareness campaign that�s been in existence for ten or eleven years. What it tries to do is bring an awareness to the domestic abuse situation in our country and other countries.�

The White Ribbon Campaign Benefit Concert will take place Tuesday June 4th at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto.

The event will feature performances by Jim Cuddy of Blue Rodeo, Steven Page from Barenaked Ladies, Jeff Martin, members of The Tea Party, Bruce Cockburn, Snow, SUM 41, and Ian Thornley of Big Wreck.
And, for the first time women will take part, Damhnait Doyle will be performing. �It�s a feel good event, last year I think the concert raised close to thirty-five thousand dollars. And this year we�re expecting that it�s going to do even better,� said Martin.
