TORONTO, Canada (Creed Official & Fans Websites) - Creed has rescheduled the tour dates it was forced to cancel in April due to injuries sustained by singer Scott Stapp in an automobile accident.

The first leg of the tour, which includes make-up dates as well as new dates, begins July 11 in Virginia Beach, Va., and continues through Sept. 1 in Toronto. Jerry Cantrell will open for the band on select dates, while 12 Stones are locked in as the opener for the tour's duration.

A second leg will follow beginning Sept. 20 in San Antonio, and continue through Oct. 19 in Salt Lake City. More dates are expected on both legs in the coming weeks. However, venues for the second leg remain TBA at press time.

Ticket on-sale dates for the tour's first leg will extend throughout June and July. Those holding tickets for previously cancelled dates must purchase new tickets and seek refunds for their previously unused tickets.
