 MELBOURNE, Australia (Top40 Charts/ Sunset Records) - Every year, tens of thousands of Aussies and visitors from all over the world anticipate this jam packed, four-day Easter. This year, the Australian rock band, Tenpenny Joke played live on the beautiful music stage at Bells Beach. The entire weekend was filled with musical good times, headlined by local and inter-state musicians playing the Bells Beach live music stage. The stage where the band played had been set up to overlook the Southern Ocean and world tour surfing action. The opening acts played from midday, with Tenpenny Joke playing in the late afternoon. Jason Bayne, the head of A&R at Sunset Records Group of Distributed Labels says, "Don (Lichterman) and I were thrilled when we saw what was happening at that show." Bayne goes on to say that they "are a great signing and we have a great CD to work." The band played its set in the middle of the day raging through its' popular hit songs, "Sirens," "She," "Popcorn," "Black Satellite" and many more. Several songs were played from the brand new, "Ambush On All Sides" CD. Releasing worldwide on eSunset on May 22, eSunset has very a very special promotion allowing the download of the CD before the official street date.
