New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Vice Records) - Although we're disappointed that Justice didn't win Video of the Year at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, their video for the breakthrough single "D.A.N.C.E." was up against artists some serious heavy-hitters such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Amy Winehouse, and Kanye West. In the end Rihanna featuring Jay Z took home her own moon man. Justice had hoped to repeat the success they had at the 2006's MTV Europe VMAs, where their video for "We Are Your Friends" trumped Kanye for the same title with the now famous sore loser tantrum.

In other TV news, Justice are currently preparing one of the most unique performances in late night TV history to come October 9th on Jimmy Kimmel Live as they kick off their full North American tour. More details to come.

Justice debut album eached the No 1 spot on Billboard's Electronic Albums chart its first week, are announcing a full North American tour this fall.

In case you missed their series of blistering DJ sets with Ed Banger labelmates or their live set at Coachella this year, be prepared. Justice are known for whipping crowds in to a head-banging, crowd surfing frenzy the likes of which electronic dance music has never seen before, 'turning ordinary dancefloors into mosh pits of positivity.' (XLR8R, December 2006)

Tickets are on sale now for the dates below, which will be a combination of live and DJ sets.

After the initial NYC October 20th show sold-out, they were kind enough to add another date on Sunday, October 22nd - tickets are still available! Both shows will be held at the newly launched Terminal 5 owned by The Bowery Presents, an independent New York concert-promotion company. Terminal 5 (formerly known as Carbon, Exit, Icon) will be located at 610 West 56th Street between 11th and 12th Avenues, and will provide a new 3,000-capacity midtown music, art and event venue.

Justice "D.A.N.C.E." VIDEO
Don't call 'em underdogs! Justice's "D.A.N.C.E." video makes dazzling high art out of refurbished Jackson 5 funk. Over the course of three short minutes, these French beat freaks de-stigmatize disco, reinvent the t-shirt and give Saturday night its fever back.
