St. Louis, MO. (Top40 Charts/ Lucky 7 Management) - Lucky 7 Management, L.L.C. (L7M) has just announced signing a worldwide management agreement with Panic Cell, hailing from London and South East UK. L7M has been managing rock bands with exclusive worldwide contracts since Late 2006.
Lucky 7 Management is nationally & world renown as being a "go-getter" in the industry and a strong driving force of representation, mixed with real life experience & professionalism.
Panic Cell's line-up credits include the 2004 LP 'Bitter Part of Me,' the 2007 LP 'What doesn't Kill Us', and the recent special edition re-release of 'Bitter part of me' cd/dvd earlier this year, all by Ant Hill Records. The band has also been working on new projects providing soundtracks for new MTV series 'Fur TV' (www.myspace.com/furtv) and cutting edge Bollywood movie 'Pusher' (www.pusherthemovie.com released summer/autumn 2008).

WHAT DOESN'T KILL US REVIEWS:
K K K K 'A powerful right hook of discontent.. a harsh but melodic hour of bitter, vengeful metal!....their finest hour to date!!' - Kerrang! Magazine

'A set of breakneck yet hummable metal tunes..listen to 'Stare into Oblivion', the obtusely titled 'Calm' and the excellent 'Hillbilly'... What Doesn't Kill Us....it kills verily!!' 8/10 - Metal Hammer Magazine

'...intricate and expessive guitar work... 'What Doesn't Kill Us' is an album apart from the genre's usual style' 4/5 - Guitarist

"'Bitter, Brooding and Bloody Brilliant!! 'What Doesn't Kill Us' boasts enough depth to hold equal appeal to the Kerrang! and Classic Rock generations" 4/5 The Sun

"A monster of an album...a powerful metal assault!!!....Looking for a perfect slab of melody soaked 21st century metal? Enter the Panic Cell. Just don't expect an exit key" 4.5/5 - Big Cheese Magazine

"Forward thinking metal from the English riffmeisters...barnstorming fist-pounders... from end to end this is headbanging, air-punching fun!!" 7/10 - Classic Rock Magazine

Taking their cue from the new album's title, the band have striven forward defiantly through their first album ('Bitter Part of Me') and their intense live shows have won them acclaim, admiration and new fans from all over the world, their reputation as a world class live act is unquestionable. 'We're a live band first and foremost, we're entertainers and we do a damn fine job, we play every show with hunger and voraciously whether we're first or last on the bill ' says vocalist Luke Bell. Three years of touring the UK, Ireland and Europe has oiled the machine that is Panic Cell; the band have taken new found maturity and poured it into 'What Doesn't Kill Us'. 'Having had the luxury of coming off tour and spending time in pre-production for these new songs, something we couldn't do with the first album and Panic Cell sound all the better for doing it" says bassist Bobby Town. Panic Cells evolution comes as no surprise when looking at the top international class of bands they have toured with on their first release: U.S Billboard No.1 artists Disturbed and Staind, Mudvayne, Devildriver, SOiL, Drowning Pool, ILL Nino, Testament, American Head Charge and many more. 'We've had the privilege of playing with many a great band, literally world class acts that has ensured every night we go out on stage we've had to raise our game, giving the crowd one hell of a show.' says drummer Rob Hicks. One hell of a show is very apt for the bands recent set at the Download Festival 2007 with many people believing this one of the main highlights of the festival. A packed out tent with outside standing room only is testimony to Panic Cells pulling power and longevity. Most astonishing of all, everything Panic Cell had achieved to this point was as an unsigned band.

Panic Cell's already worldwide tour history is nothing short of extensive, from Bloodstock 04 in the UK, the Most Wanted Tour in the UK, The SXSW (South by South West festival in Austin, TX, Bloodstock Open Air, Mudvayne UK Tour, UK Festival Download 2005, Wacked Open Air Festival in Germany, UK tours with Disturbed, Breed 77, Ill Nino, Soil, Staind, Flyleaf, Children of Bodom, Skindred & American Head Charge, just to name a few. The band was due to commence a 3 week tour with Kittie & Dope on July 2nd of this year, but have had to pull out of the tour due to US visa's not being finalized in time. The band is currently working with their booking agent, TKO, on new US Tours for 2008/2009. The band's current itinerary can be viewed at www.paniccell.com.

LIVE REVIEWS:
'It's inevitable that most bands enjoy what they do, but not many show a passion and enthusiasm onstage to match this experienced and highly talented posse. Not a bad word can be uttered about such a performance, enough said' - 9/10 Rock Sound Magazine (Panic Cell Headline Tour October 2007)

'Welcome to defiance. Thunderous riffs & electrifying guitar solos, Panic Cell are a homegrown band to discover and cherish' - KKKK Kerrang! Magazine (Panic Cell Headline Tour October 2007)

'Panic Cell deliver storming track after storming track of purely visceral heavy metal, marking this show as yet another triumph for the UK's most deserving achievers' - 4/5 Big Cheese Magazine (Panic Cell Headline Tour October 2007)

'Panic Cell can say hello to a great future, they combine the modern metal influenceswith all known old ingredients. Loud in the couplet, melodious and open in the chorus mixed with strong guitar parts and vocals.' - 4/5 Aardschok Magazine (Fields of Rock Festival 2007 Netherlands)

'Panic Cell are fiercer and sharper than ever, powering through hook laden, guitar driven slabs of no-nonsense metal from their forthcoming album before the classic 'Save Me' has the masses in full swing. Panic Cell embody why homegrown metal just won't die off in the face of overblown, over-hyped fads and in a packed Tuborg tent they do it in style.' - 4/5 Skiddle.com (Dowload Festival 2007)

Panic Cell has been working in conjunction with a team of professionals in furtherance of their careers; with L7M the personal management company, The Kirby Organization for bookings & tours, Ant Hill Records for European distribution, and possible US distribution through EliteROCK Records in the near future.
