New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Band Official Website) - The five-member Los Angeles-based band Halos will make their international debut as the opening act for Atlantic recording group Circa Survive on six dates of the European leg of their summer tour as Circa Survive continues to support the release of their new album 'Blue Sky Noise.' Halos will Join Circa Survive for shows in six cities in the UK beginning July 12 in Cardiff.

The band is currently in the studio finishing their debut album, "Living Like Kings In Confined Spaces' with Grammy Award winning bassist from The Wallflowers and music producer, Greg Richling.

Halos, who have been compared to the likes of Echo and the Bunnymen, Sunny Day Real Estate and Manchester Orchestra, is comprised of Dan Lyman (Vocals / Guitar), John Hoge (Bass / Vocals), Josh Huber (Keyboard), Zak Freedman (Guitar), and Sotiris Eliopoulos (Drums).

Having played with a wide range of artists including Circa Survive, Cartel, Motion City Soundtrack, Chiodos, Portugal. The Man, Saosin, Finch, RX Bandits, Chris Conley and Matthew Pryor.

Halos was recently touted by the OC Weekly as 'a band ready to ink a deal,' calling their latest tracks 'a gratifying progression from Halos' previous EPs, Helium and Scarecrow....The sharpness of the new songs reflects the exuberance of the band's live shows...' The Orange County Register says '[Halos] bring plenty of originality to the table....Lyman has a distinctive voice up to the challenge of singing biting rockers and moody atmospheric alt rock material.
A yet to be released track 'Stop Believing In Me' has been featured on KROQ's Locals Only show.

The band has also been featured as 'Artist of the Week' by Los Angeles' Star 98.7's, and won Red Bull's 'Rough Cuts' competition in 2008 for their track 'Helium.'
