Manic Street Preachers: Heavenly Records Releasing Limited Copies Of Mowtown Junk
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Sony Music UK) Twenty years on from its original release, Heavenly Recordings issue an extremely limited 7" of Motown Junk, Manic Street Preachers' first single for the label. 1000 copies of the single will be released to coincide with Heavenly's involvement in the Independent Labels Market that's due to take place on Berwick Street, London W1 on Saturday May 21st.

Never before released on 7", Motown Junk was the opening salvo in a twenty-year career that doesn't really need precising here. Safe to say, it sounds as frantic, as exciting and as vital now as it ever has. Four minutes of wide-eyed, unadulterated speedball rock'n'roll - this is a perfect snapshot of one of the country's most loved bands at inception point.

The single will be available exclusively from the Heavenly Recordings stall at the Independent Labels Market on May 21st and from the merchandise stall at the Manics Cardiff International Arena gig on the same day and stock is extremely limited. Any copies remaining after May 21st will be sold via the Heavenly or Manics websites.

Motown Junk B/W Sorrow 16
Heavenly 7" only
