Alabama (Ronnie Gilley Properties) -- Ronnie Gilley Properties (RGP) and country music icon, Alan Jackson, will break ground at the end of the month to mark the beginning of construction of one of RGP�s most exquisite development projects in the Southeast—La Borgata, Panama City Beach, Florida.
As an official endorser of the development, Jackson will appear to personally unveil the site plans for the luxury residential, family-oriented development at the official groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for Thursday, November 30, beginning at 2:00PM.

An avant-garde property, La Borgata is located between Destin and Panama City--walking distance from the sugar-white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. La Borgata is situated on a 14.5-acre site just south of Highway 98 in Panama City Beach on the Florida Panhandle. The blueprint for the site features 189 spacious, luxury town homes and condominiums [45 4-bedroom/4.5 bath luxury town homes and 96 luxury 3-bedroom/3 bath condominiums]; a limited number of two-bedroom condominiums and studio units located above the retail shops will also be available.
With neighborhood retail stores and a paved sidewalk down to the nearby Gulf Coast beaches, the community development will offer resort-style amenities and conveniences including two heated saltwater swimming pools, a dedicated children�s pool complete with water toys, two playgrounds, a clubhouse, a fitness center, quaint on-site specialty retail shops and lush common area landscaping.

Jackson and his family will own a three-bedroom, 2000 sq. ft. condominium with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Construction on his personal home-away-from-home is scheduled to begin Summer 2007 with an early 2008 completion date anticipated. La Borgata will be completed in its entirety by Fall 2008.
