NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Arista Records) - 'Country superstar Brad Paisley is a Tele-toting connoisseur of boutique amps, and a blazing picker who's pushing the boundaries of twangy guitar' leads the Guitar Player 13 page cover feature on Paisley , written by Andy Ellis. Ellis spent some time with Paisley on the road and at home honing in on the self-proclaimed 'gear freak,' his style of playing and how he gets the sound he wants.

According to Guitar Player Managing Editor, Kevin Owens Paisley 's cover is the first country artist in over 10 years, the last being Junior Brown in March 1997.

Guitar Player December issue will be on stands Oct. 30.
