Sydney, AU. (SONY BMG MUSIC Entertainment) - It's time to usher in a brand new day with Alex Lloyd! The singer/songwriter delivers the third cut from his Gold album 'Alex Lloyd' next month, and if you've been watching The Today Show, then you'll be well aware of the brilliance of 'A Brand New Day'. It's currently the theme music for the Channel Nine program.
Radio has been rocked by 'A Brand New Day' too, with the track set to follow in the footsteps of radio smashes 'The Wonder' and first single 'Never Meant To Fail'.

"His fourth and self-titled album has gone Gold, thanks to precious radio gems, The Wonder (which peaked at No 9 on the Hot 100) and Never Meant To Fail (No 5). He now delivers its third killer hit, Brand New Day. The track makes a lovely listen first time and fiftieth time... It will be the theme music for Channel Nine's The Today Show for the next four weeks, and we all know how that boosted Evermore and Youth Group into the public eye!" - Premier Pick, Music Network

Elsewhere on the TV front, be sure to tune in to catch Alex joining the Spicks and Specks crew on the ABC, this Wednesday, March 8 at 8.30pm, for their excellent half hour of music trivia.
Alex has also done a 'My Top 11' for MAX (Foxtel) which will be screened on Sunday March 12 at 6.30pm and Monday March 13 at 2.00pm. Tune in to see what Alex's favourite videos are.
