LOS ANGELES (Casey Sayre & Williams) - Minnie Driver headlines the first show of The Grove's Summer Concert Series. The singer-songwriter, who debuted in London's jazz clubs as a teenager, will perform songs from her first album, Everything I've Got in My Pocket. Opening for Minnie Driver is John Stevens. The American Idol 3 finalist with the velvety voice will perform songs from his debut album, Red.

A great place for families to spend L.A.'s warm summer evenings, The Grove brings back the fabulous free music series for a third year. An elaborate concert stage will be set over the dancing water fountain, transforming The Grove into a spectacular open-air performance venue. On August 10, the second concert of the series will feature the diverse sounds of young rocker, Kyle Riabko, performing songs from his recent release, Before I Speak. Also, performing that night is all-female band, Antigone Rising, performing hits from its debut album, Drama Club. More information about the Summer Music Series or The Grove's store and restaurant hours may be obtained by calling The Grove Concierge at: (323) 900-8080 or by visiting www.thegrovela.com.
