LOS ANGELES (J. Lo Fans Website) - Latina superstar Jennifer Lopez, citing an undisclosed illness, has canceled her European album tour.

Lopez had also been scheduled to promote her romantic comedy Shall We Dance with Richard Gere Wednesday at a news conference and gala premiere in London.

Lopez, who performed at Sunday's Grammy awards alongside husband Marc Anthony, issued a statement apologizing for her absence from her forthcoming commitments.
"Please accept my sincerest apologies as I have to remain in Los Angeles," Lopez said. "I am so proud of 'Shall We Dance' and was looking forward to visiting London.
I very much wanted to be in London today, but unfortunately I am not well, she said. At the advice of my doctors I am unable to travel. Being sick has also forced me to cancel my European album tour."

Reportedly Lopez's "not well" status have sparked up rumours of her being pregnant.
