Latino L.A." June issue: Based on an online poll, our readers have chosen the winners. From El Carmen (Best Tequila Bar) in West Hollywood to Bar Celona (Best Tapas) in Pasadena, our readers voted in overwhelming numbers for the best of
Latino culture and personalities in Los Angeles.
Recipients include Nomar Garciaparra (Best Athlete), Los Lobos (Best Band), KTLA's
