New York, NY (TOP40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) -- Writes Spinner, "It's been, what, three decades since Meat Loaf exploded on the rock 'n' roll circuit like a bat out of hell? It was 1977 when he released the album 'Bat Out of Hell' and its hits earned a little bit of a name for the singer as it sold something like 43 million copies worldwide and remains the third biggest-selling album of all time. And although Meat Loaf eventually followed it up with two proper sequels, this year he has other fish to fry.

His latest release, Hang Cool Teddy Bear, drops on May 11 and it's another great Meat Loaf concept album. We don't want to give away too much but we'll just say that it has to do with love and war. "I wanted it big," says Meat Loaf in a statement. "I wanted it dramatic. I wanted a rock record."

A big, dramatic rock record? Sure, no problem. Might as well go straight to the source and hire a member of the self-proclaimed world's biggest, most dramatic rock band of all time -- Tenacious D. Hence, the D's Jack Black duets with Meat Loaf on 'Like a Rose,' a tune that is, well, big and dramatic. And funny, too."

Give it a listen right here.
