Nashville, TN (Tim McGraw Officla Website) - Despite widespread tornados across the southern part of the United States, as well as a daylight savings time adjustment, Tim McGraw: Reflected reeled in more than 7 million viewers for NBC last Friday. Although final numbers are not yet in, it looks like another success story for NBC and McGraw who paired together on two previous specials. Reflected had been critically hailed for its unique performances (McGraw and Hank Williams, Jr./McGraw and wife Faith Hill), and production elements unlike those used in any other music special. "The weather, and the safety of those it affected, was certainly on all our minds," said Scott Siman, McGraw's manager. "We extend our deepest sympathies to the families of those that lost loved ones Friday, and hope that our friends and families in Tennessee get another chance to see the special when it re-airs." 'It was great working with Tim and his team on the Reflected special,' says Doug Vaughan, Vice President, NBC News and Entertainment. 'I think this particular special was the best yet. From the production elements to the concept of going back and forth between New York City and the farm in Tennessee, it gave the viewers a great insight into Tim and set a new bar for others to follow.' McGraw continues to rehearse in Nashville for his upcoming Soul2Soul II Tour, which he will launch with his wife Faith Hill on April 21st in Columbus, Ohio. It's already being called the fastest selling concert tour of the year, and with ticket sales already exceeding 800,000 through this weekend, it shows no signs of slowing. Many predict more than 70 performances with tickets ultimately exceeding 1 million.
